LAYOUTS & ARCHITECTURE

We start with personalized design layouts that showcase all the possibilities of your space. Once we agree on a final layout, we’ll bid the permit set and get started.

BID & SUBMIT

The general contractor bids for the job. We collaborate to value engineer the project budget. Based on the scope of work, we create a materials budget to calculate the all-in overall cost of the project. This information helps you make an informed decision.

DESIGN & MATERIALS

After the final budget and scope are agreed upon, we handle all the paperwork and start working on the design phase.
